We also look forward to welcoming two high profile guest speakers:
· Scott Hastings, Scottish rugby Union player who won 65 caps at centre for Scotland from 1986 to 1997. When he retired, he was Scotland's most-capped player ever. Twice a member of the British Lions in 1989 (Australia) and 1993 (New Zealand)
· Dr Bill Lumsden, Glenmorangie Director of Distilling & Whisky Creation
Plans are afoot for an impromptu whisky tasting challenge – how well do you know your whiskies?
“All OCs, living in Scotland and further afield, are most welcome! Please note that this year we are widening our invitation to include your family and friends. Friendship is a core College and Old Campbellian Society value and one I feel very strongly about, counting OCs I went to school with amongst my closest friends today. I look forward to welcoming you and your guests to a fantastic evening on the 30th November.” OCPhil Calvert (7399)
"Where better to celebrate St Andrew’s Day this year? Please come and support the Scottish Branch in Edinburgh this year for what promises to be a fantastic night, as arranged by OC Phil. This year saw our biggest ever Annual Dinner in Belfast, with 160 guests in attendance (January). This was followed by a really successful London Branch Dinner (March), where London Branch Hon Secretary, Gav Gordon (8091) and Dom Shek (8173) welcomed 84 guests to the Army & Navy Club, Pall Mall.
We look forward as a Society to working with Phil on this and really appreciate everyone’s support.” OC Society Chairman, Michael McAllister (7444)
We are limited to 60 guests so please don’t delay, book your tickets today and we do hope you will take this opportunity as OCs to join us with your wives, other halves, family, friends, supporters.
