We are pleased to advise that the refurbishment of the Clock Tower has begun. There is scaffolding around the Tower which is the first part of an ongoing programme of heritage protection and restoration works that form a key part of the College’s wider campus vision - known as our Building for the Future strategy. These heritage works will be completed over a number of years and will see key work carried out across our unique heritage buildings.
The Tower is the first phase of our heritage works and will take around 9 months to complete. The work is contracted to Johnston Houston and we were delighted to learn that partner Max Porter (10092), pictured above with Stephen Woodrow, is an OC!
If you are heading to campus in the next few weeks, please take care around the Tower area. Further detail around the heritage works will be shared in the coming months, however, should you have any queries in the meantime, please do not hesitate to get in touch with the Headmaster or contact Cathy Law in the Development Office.
