It is with regret that the Society announces the death of David Rooney, former Head of History.

Obituaries
David Rooney was Head of History from 1954 to 1960, he died on the 27th of December 2017, aged 93 .
 
Alastair Kane (4280) descibes him as having been a charming person and an inspiring teacher who had a fondness for Campbell and enjoyed talking about the school.
