Ormiston House

Ormiston House has been short-listed for a HERITAGE ANGELS AWARD by the Ulster Architectural Heritage Society

Of Interest
Ciara Denvir & Peter Boyle, the owners of Ormiston, have requested your assistance.

Ciara will shortly confirm a date when she will open Ormiston and the pool to The Old Campbellian Society. This will happen in the very near future, with suitable dates to be confirmed, however, numbers will be limited.

Ciara is very excited to let you see what she and Peter have done with Ormiston, in restoring it from the point of dereliction and turning it back into a family home. They would love to hear stories and see photos from the past in order that they can piece together a history on this amazing house. They very much hope that everyone will benefit from this opportunity.

Ormiston House has been short-listed for a Heritage Angels Award by The Ulster Architectural Heritage Society. Winning buildings will then be put forward to the British Finals in London, as sponsored by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Ciara would therefore appreciate if all OCs who have an affiliation with the property would cast a vote for Ormiston House, and indeed encourage others to do so. Every email address counts for one vote.

The renovation took 3 years without any grant aid or funding.  To view the video and Vote for Ormiston House, please click on the link below:

The deadline for the vote is Friday the 19th of October 2018.
